A brief report on
"Silver Jubilee Celebrations"
held on 10th August 2008 at Vivekananda Sabha Griha, Belur Math

The Sangha observed the Silver Jubilee programme on 10th August 2008 at the Vivekananda Sabha Griha of Belur Math. The occasion was graced by Most Revered Swami Atmasthananda ji Maharaj, President of Ramakrishna Math & Mission who gave his blessings to all gathered and inaugurated the new mobile medical unit of the Sangha introduced into service for serving the needy in a better way. Dr. Kanti Bhusan Bakshi, President of the Sangha welcomed all followed by a few words on the Sangha's activities by Dr. Gour Das, Joint Secretary. Revered Swamis Nikhileswarananda ji Mahahraj, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Memorial, Vadodara, Gujarat, Girishananda ji Maharaj, Secretary, Saradapitha, Belur Math and Most Revered Swami Smaranananda ji Maharaj, Vice President, Ramakrishna Math & Mission, spoke on the occasion. The programme ended with a vote of thanks and a closing song.
